Harry L. Boston, Ph.D., is the Founder and President of Boston Government Services, LLC (BGS), an award-winning SBA-Certified 8(a) small disadvantaged business supporting government programs and projects. Prior to founding BGS, Dr. Boston served as an executive with several major government contractors and as a senior executive with U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). He has over 30 years of experience in leading large and complex engineering and environmental programs and leading large business operations. Dr. Boston has been effective developing strategy and policy, delivering innovative solutions, and communicating with a diverse array of stakeholders. That experience helps BGS support government clients and contractors with strategies and solutions for complex and highly regulated environments.

Dr. Boston is an Environmental Scientist who began as a research scientist at the University of Wisconsin and the Oak Ridge National Laboratory. Dr. Boston spent 15 years managing engineering and environmental projects prior to joining DOE as a member of the Senior Executive Service. He served in business leadership positions for several large government contractors. He earned a Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University, a Master’s degree from the University of Washington, and a Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin.
